NORMALLY I DO NOT SEND A REVIEW FOR ITEM(S) THAT I PURCHASE OVER THE INTERNET BUT IN THE CASE OF THIS SCROLL SAW, IT IS A GREAT LITTLE MACHINE.
I HAVE TESTED IT WITH 3/4 OAK, 1/8 BIRCH, AND USING THE VARIABLE SPEED EACH AND EVERY CUT WAS GREAT. USING 1/8 BIRCH AND CUTTING OUT 1 1/2 LETTERS I WAS REALLY SURPRIZED HOW WELL THEY CAME OUT.
THE SAW IS HEAVY BUILT, VERY QUIET, NO VIBRATION ONCE MOUNTED, BLADE CHANGING WAS QUICK AND EASY.
I DIDNT WANT TO SPEND 200 - 300 DOLLARS, BUT I WAS LOOKING FOR SOMETHING WITH THE ABOVE FEATURES AND THIS ONE FIT THE BILL.

The Shakiest Saw in the West [Posted on 2008-03-16]
The table of this saw vibrates so badly that it is impossible to see the piece you are working on. The blade delivered with it lasted less than a minute and the Delta blades offered for this saw at Amazon do not fit, they have a different clamping arrangement. All in all, what I received was utterly useless.
