I wouldn't use this to do a major trimming of all of my bushes, but this is a great light duty trimmer. The attachments come off and reattach easily and it does a great job. I keep it charged for a quick touch up on my bushes and for grass trimming where I can use the string trimmer. Definitely worth the money.

First one I received was super-loved it until only a few times just stopped on me and wouldn't run at all even after being charged.Trimmed grass so well!Okay-lemon,but I liked it so well and the price was good so I took a chance and ordered another one. I love it!Can't wait for Spring to come back so I can trim that grass again!Now-what to do with the lemon?

I use this item on a 2 acre yard around the trees, fence, pool, and play equipment. Customer service from the manufactures was wonderful when I blew the motor and for 15 I was able to get a new motor and it still works wonderful.

Cordless Trimmer/Clipper [Posted on 2008-01-14]
This product works well for quick touch-ups on shrubs and bushes. The shrub attachment cuts small swaths (6 inch) and therefore is not recommended by me for large shrubs and bushes. I use my large gas powered trimmer for that (but that weighs a ton and is hard on your arms and shoulders), so for the occasional quick trim I use the cordless. The grass attachment works well around large plants that are not capable of withstanding a hit by my string trimmer, such as lilies and gladiolas. It works well in these situations but requires you to get on all fours to use it. The only other drawback is the run time, which is about 20-30 mins on a full charge, but that is fine with me since I only use it sparingly. The two cutter heads are easy to change as well.
