Solid and light, but extension pruner might be more useful [Posted on 2007-08-07]
I bought this to cut 2" branches from a bushy tree and it does the job. However, I still need to stand on a ladder to get to the higher branches.
This tool is very solid and cuts well, yet is light.
However, for pruning trees, the extension pruner might be more useful for its longer reach (although I have not used one myself).
