Blades damage easily - apparently not hardened steel. I purchased for home use - occasional light duty cutting of sheet metal and metal banding material used on lumber deliveries. Cutting was difficult and the blades damaged on the first cut of a metal band. Gardening or kitchen shears would have performed as well. Warning - use on soft materials only.
