Product arrived promply. Was as described in the sales ad. It cost about one-half the price local stores wanted for a similar product. It seems well made. Not sure the rachet feature really helps cutting heavey stuff.
It finally got here [Posted on 2007-11-07]
I ordered this on Oct 8. On the 10 it was in Memphis, TN and I finally got it three weeks later--and the box was demolished, but the loppers were fine. I especially like the telescoping capability. No instructions or paper work was enclosed.
