This is a professional saw you need for woodfloor installer, It's not use for everyday, just for correct cuts.If you are woodfloor contractor, You need it.

This saw has payed for itself many times over with the time it's saved me and the jobs it's done that no other saw can do.
I use it to cut out flooring, tile, under cabinets and vanitys, baseboards that are set below hard wood floors, and under cutting door jams. It's also great for cutting out the bottoms in vanitys and kitchen cabinets where water has been leaking and wiped out the lauon plywood.
