Purchased saw three years ago for exact same price as listed today. Saw powers through 4x stock without any limitations. Miters are accurate and large rear fence is perfect for crown etc. Highly recommended.

I've been using this saw for [a while now]. It certainly does everything it should; bevel, miters etc with lots of power. The positive stops are very accurate and easy to use. One of the things I like best is the mounting system - the base has slots for setting it on 2 2x4's... ...The included blade isn't too bad either - especially for framing lumber.

The Delta 12" compound miter saw is worth ever penny. Excellent heavy-duty construction and great power and accuracy. Make sure you buy one with twin laser guides - you'll never want to use a saw without a laser again.
