Purchased these for my husband to prune our fruit trees. The telescoping handles allow pruning higher branches without climbing a ladder. They've proven to be well constructed & easily cut through branches 2" thick. Well worth the price!

What a great deal. It cut through thick branches like butter. The telescopic handles are awesome. It is light and strong. Chainsaw is overkill, hand pruner is too weak, and the bow saw is cumbersome. This is just right. And I almost bought another one for 3 times the price. whew!

Cutting 1.5" branches is surprisingly easy, like the previous reviewer said, like cutting through butter. Actually it may be like cutting through hot butter. Well built and well packaged.

My Telescopic Bypass Lopper arrived today. When you extend the handles, it's supposed to "click" into place at several different points and then remain stationary. But the "clickers" don't hold. Might still be usable, but certainly not high quality.
