recnditioned DeWalt framing nailer [Posted on 2007-03-27] I received the item very quickly. It arrived in good condition, gently used, and works very well! Makes life lots easier.
Good deal for the money. [Posted on 2007-05-12] Needed a framer for occasional small jobs. The best part about the dewalt is its weight. Has to be the lightest compared to the Hitachi or Porter Cable. As with any framer including the dewalt nail jams in the magazine are common. One draw back to the dewalt is the setting the nail depth. Very hard to get it to set nails flush on siding. Overall very happy with the tool. No regrets.
retired [Posted on 2007-09-12] I bought this because its easier than swinging a hammer on repairs around the house works great
Reconditioned Dewalt framing nailer works flawlessly. [Posted on 2007-11-12] I have used my Dewalt D51844 framing nailer for about three weeks now finishing our new large basement and it has worked flawlessly. I have experienced no jams or problems. I am very pleased with it. I recieved the nailer in about a week after ordering. It was delivered without damage as you would expect. I would have liked a case for storage, but that's no big deal. As with all Dewalt products I have, this one is well built and works as you would expect it to. I'm more that satisfied.
Outstanding [Posted on 2008-03-28] This nailer looks brand new! It looks like the factory just re-manufactured it, because there isn't a scratch on it. I used it to build a deck and it performed flawlessly. Not a single jam! One bit of advice, be sure you get the right nails for the gun. The hardware store carries a lot of different nails. Not all of them work on all guns. Be sure to ask.
