This pole trimmer works very well, but it is top heavy when you extend it. I can only use it say 5 minutes and I must take a break.

I tracked this item today with UPS and found it arrived in San Marcos, 20 miles from me at the UPS center on the 13th. I than called UPS and also checked Amazons website and it indicated the item was returned for no apparent reason. UPS never even made a delivery attempt as we receive parcels all the time delivered by UPS. Not
very happy with UPS at this time and did not know how to contact shipper.

It reaches where I can't. However, it can jam easily. Don't force it. And if it jams, give it a short while to cool off. It comes back to life. Even with the jamming problem, I think it's a must-have for large shrubs.
