This is an excellent tool for manually removing deeply-rooted weeds like dandelions and thistles from the yard if you don't want to use herbicide and are impatient to fix a weed problem. It takes a few passes to learn how to use the tool most efficiently, but I really enjoy using it. It offers plenty of leverage and is light and handy and well-engineered. The weed ejection feature is very nice and quite effective. The orange markings make it easy to find in the grass if I set the tool down.
