This is a great little container. It stays fully expanded perfectly while dragging it around the lawn, it holds everything you throw in it, is very lightweight, and it stands up well to having leaves stomped down and doesn't loose its shape or fall over. I filled it with leaves about 1/2 way through raking my lawn (I have a number of large oak trees), jumped in and stomped around to make some room, jumped out and continued raking. It has a very nice wide base that allows you to do that without an issue.

Since the base is the same material as the sides, you'll want to avoid dragging it around on pavement, but dragging it around the lawn seems just fine.

The container works great I wish it was larger like a 55 gal would be wonderful.

We received this as a gift. It works very well and even stood up through at pretty heavy rain storm. Although it is exactly 30 gallons, so the cheap 30 gallon trash bags really don't fit well. Save yourself the hasle and spend the extra dollar on the namebrand bags. The box it was shipped in was HUGE, don't be alarmed!

The Fiskars Kangaroo Gardening containers are the second and third we own. They are light and easy to store. Most garden shops do not carry them. My wife can carry her gardening tools and the Fiskars container at the same time avoiding multiple trips. Super idea from a quality company.

great for yard cleanup [Posted on 2008-04-28]
I bought this as a replacement for one that the garbage men pitched. that's my only complaint about the product, so with this one, I used magic marker to identify it as "NOT TRASH"

my last one held up well for years...especially if you do not drag it along the ground and wear off the edging. it doesn't add additional weight when full of yard debris, and stores easily during the winter.
