I have a couple of the Chopmaster blades which I thought were the best. Doing side by side comparisons do show that this blade cuts smoother. They are nothing short of amazing. Will definitely buy again.
A lot Smoother than Dewalt 60T Combination Blade on DW708 [Posted on 2008-09-04]
Buy it at Amazon for 55% of MSRP,
cheaper than forrest chop master
and come with 5/8" arbor fit my Dewalt SCMS.
I use this blade on Dewalt SCMS (slide chop miter saw) DW708.
DW708 comes with 60T blade. This blade is a lot heavier.
Cut smoother than Dewalt 60T & straighter
(I don't know why, but my square ruler confirms it)
Does get burn mark on 2" or thicker?
If you cut anything above 2" thick,
maybe should go with chop master or fewer teeth blade.
This blade is not recommended for slide miter saw according to Forrest
Blade website. I don't have any problem with my slide miter saw.
