I purchased this because of a neighbor's recommendation. I live in a townhouse/condo profile, and our residents try to water the common areas that are near our units. This is a remarkable sprinkler, with your complete ability to program it for time and for distance covered. In fact, I went and bought a second one so I can cover the front and the back lawn areas.
I recommend it to all.

The timer feature was the primary reason for this particular item which works great. Launches water extremely well and coverage is excellent. Even though the water pressure will be reduced I found you can "daisy chain" to another unit so I would not have move the sprinkler. I cannot give a review on durability because it was the end of the Fall when I started using it and now we're into frost and snow!
