All that is needed is a .05 mechanical pencil and these rulers to get exact marks every time. Clear markings on the rulers also eliminate the need to count lines. (yes, I still do that sometimes) Add careful cuts and you will make beautiful furniture.

These little tools are very precise! I use them to mark wood for resawing. These make marking a precise line on any piece of wood for resawing a breeze. No more having the pencil veer off the mark while trying to maintain its position on teh square.
