Accurate, easy to use [Posted on 2007-04-26]
I am using this to build face frame kitchen cabinets. It is simple to use, provides a very tight and strong joint. It is difficult to make an error when using this system. (I did however, so be warned to make sure you always have the drill stop on the bit). Using pocket screws eliminates the need for clamping during glue ups. I had one problem with the kit that the drill bit was defective (ground wrong). I e-mailed Kreg and they shipped a new bit to me immediately, no cost to me. Excellent, excellent customer service. Love this tool.

a must have for any wood crafter. what a time saver and great accuracy. very easy to use and easy to store anywhere. more user friendly than the newest one on the market.
Wrong Face Clamp [Posted on 2008-04-10]
This is A wonderful tool but the description is wrong. It says it comes with premium face clamp. NOT SO it comes with standard. I contacted Kreg's customer service and they told me it was the wrong description but they sent me a premium face clamp at no charge. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
