I bought this in order to turn the outfeed table on my tablesaw into a clamping station. I inlaid T-tracks at various intervals on the table and replaced the bolt included with the clamp with a T-slot bolt.
I couldn't have asked for a better result. I immediately bought a second one, and use the table and clamps to secure all sorts of projects, from holding parts for cutting pocket screws or biscuit slots to aligning glueups. I've also installed some T-tracks on the edge of my table, and use these clamps to hold boards so I can work on the edges.
The clamp itself works like a Vise-Grip style plier, with the tension adjusted by means of a screw at the end of the handle. The machining and action is smooth and solid. The included clamp pad is a great extra and hasn't marred anything I've clamped.
The only thing that bothers me is Kreg's insistence on spelling the word "clamp" with a K. It irritates me, but not enough to lower the rating.
In short, the possibilities are endless with this clamp.
It's a winner.

While an excellent clamp the KKS1010, was not what was pictured in the Amazon page. What is pictured is the KKS-BK. the adjustment feature on the model pictured is a better design and this was what I expected to receive. Not the case however. I elected to use the clamp as received as we had a project deadline and this was needed to meet that schedule.
