A pointless product [Posted on 2006-07-09]
The Nelson "Pound of Rain" advertises a coverage area of 900 square feet, but even with adjustments in water pressure, we found only 9 square feet of coverage. In order to obtain the 900 square feet advertised, one would have to move the sprinkler 100 times.
We found much more success with a competitor's product. Don't waste your hard-earned money.
Well Worth the Money [Posted on 2007-05-23]
I just bought this product on the fly last weekend and thought I would give it a shot. When I got home and hooked it up I was amazed! For $5 (from Target) it was well worth the money spent. It sprayed a very large portion of the oddly shaped yard I have perfectly. I am going to buy 2 more of them this weekend. Give this a try. You will like what you see.
