It is a great companion to the black oxide finish model, they go together like biscuits and gravy. The heavy duty nylon should last almost as long as your tool. The velcro flap holds the tool securly, yet allows for easy one-handed deployment. I like a belt pouch much better than sticking it in a pocket that is already full of other essential junk. They ought to come out with a package that includes the pouch with the tool.
