What a work horse [Posted on 2007-11-24]
I have had this drill for close to 20 years now and it still works great. I am not sure why Makita stopped making this model, as it is their most compact cordless angle dril. I am sure it is so much more compact than the 9.6V model, because it lacks a keyless chuck. The only complaint I can come up with is it was never offered with variable speed.
