Cracked hinges [Posted on 2007-08-11]
First bad experience on Amazon. Don't get me wrong, the chairs look great and feel very comfortable. Unfortunately one of the two chairs I ordered arrived with a broken foot hinge (the little black plastic hinges that hold the chair's legs together) and the remaining 3 hinges badly cracked. From the get go this suggested they wouldn't hold for very long and, low and behold, the chair literally disintegrated on our first camping trip within minutes of sitting in it! To add insult to injury, the hinges on the other chair are now showing signs of extreme wear and tear after only one day of use (suggesting again imminent failure). Shipping charges make sending the faulty chair back not worth it. Very disappointing. I won't be purchasing anything else from this manufacturer (Northpole LTD - a manufacturer based in ...[drum roll]... China!) ever again.

broken chairs twice [Posted on 2008-06-16]
I was very unhappy. I was shipped two chairs originally, one of which the box was shattered and the leg broken. After sending it back for another one, i recieved the replacement in the same condition. I was told i could there was no more chairs available, and now i have one unmatched chair. Im sure most of the damaged occurred while shipping as it had multiple stops but im angry that another chair was not offered or found for my inconveinence.

Nice chair and well balanced. I can see it not lasting long though if you leave it outside. The arms are a little flimsy but for this price with the team logo you cannot beat it!

I go to The Ohio State University. I naturally clicked to order The Ohio State chair. To my surprise, I received a Texas Longhorns chair... To say the least, this is a bad joke. The pictures for all of it show Ohio State. I rather burn this chair before I use it...
