"I orderd a Neiko 10349a and you sent me the theproduct all components were there except for the two 18v re-chargable batteries and they charger. I have called into your company and spoke with someone who promised to make good on shipping the batteriesn and the pack and charger for the model 10349a. Will you please help me becuase it can not use it as it is and will be froced to send it back. help"
