Another got to have item [Posted on 2007-11-03] The 1/4" air hose is so light and easy to work with on all air tools - you will never go back to the 3/4" rubber hose again. Any time that you are on a ladder or reaching over your head - you will feel the difference.
Saves my elbows [Posted on 2008-01-13] I almost had to give up using air tools as my elbows would ache badly after a day in the shop. I tried this hose hoping that the light weight would reduce the drag, and it worked like a charm! I also put swivel fittings on all my air tools, and the combination of the two products has reduced to zero the excess strain.
The hose is extremely durable, and has handled constant pressures up to 120PSI without flinching. I have never had a problem coiling or uncoiling it in any temperature, and I can store 2 hoses in the space of my previous one.
All in all, I'm glad I switched, and highly recommend this hose.
Poly takes some getting used to but for good reason [Posted on 2008-01-19] True this hose is remarkably lighter and more flexible than you'd expect, but these are overall improvements to rubber. They just take a little getting used to.
Nice lightweight air hose [Posted on 2008-04-06] I've been using this for a few months and the lighter weight and more flexable hose compared to conventional shop air hoses has been very nice in my home shop.
PUR air hose [Posted on 2008-06-24] Threaded fitting snapped with very little pressure when I started to thread on the quick disconnect. Obviously defective. We needed the hose that day for a job we were on so we cut it and put in a hose barb with replacement threaded fitting. Unfortunately the strain relief was attached to the dfective factory installed fitting so now the hose probably won't last very long.
