Great product, very easy to use and set up. I manage a cabinet shop and I use this all the time in taking field measurements and checking for plumb and level so there are no surprises later.

I'm a finish carpenter, and I love this laser for hanging and setting cabinets. All the carpenters I work with have the PLS-2. When I asked which one to get, they all said the PLS-2, it's the best.
I'll be installing a suspended ceiling soon, and i'm sure it will be great for that to.

The PLS2E is without peer in the market it serves. It is accurate and easy to operate. The magnet bracket can stick to a bullnose corner bead or a steel doorjamb for easy layout at a range of heights, and it is very compact.

As a first time laser level user, I found this laser to be easy to use and a huge time saver. I completely remodeled my kitchen and used the level to install the cabinets, door knobs and handles, crown molding, tile flooring, etc. Even in daylight, the laser was easy to read. I wish the laser had a screw mount at the top of the unit in addition to the one on the base.
