The 3.5 A H batteries are the strongest in the industry, period. They outlast anything in the 12-18 volt range and the service life is good.

I was hanging sheetrock with my nephew all last weekend. He asked "why is the charge on your 15.6 Volt batteries lasting much longer than my (different brand) 18 Volt batteries?"
I only gave 4 stars because of the problem with these batteries when they were first introduced (I owned a pair).
