Only snaps into the sheath in one direction (corkscrew in), which can be awkward. No fear of it falling out once in, but usually takes two hands to remove it from the sheath. But, you're using two hands to open the leatherman anyway. Does not look like it weakens from repeated removal, the material is rather durable. Lastly, it does display the leatherman nicely, showing off the colors.
A fine sheath for the price, especially since the Juice did not include the leather sheath.
