Looks beautiful but doesn't work [Posted on 2008-07-10]
Our lawn mower arrived this afternoon. It looks beatiful and was very easy to set up. However, the flimsy plastic knob won't stay in position to charge the battery and it won't run with the cord. So we are up the creek. We've got ourselves an expensive brick sitting in the garage and grass that is getting longer by the minute.

Wow, I should have believed the reviews. This mower is a piece of junk. I was so excited to get it delivered only to be disappointed when I finally got to use it. The quality is poor. It felt as if the wheels where gonna fall off. Not only that, the bagging system did absolutely nothing. Oh, and where is the quiet mower they advertize? Mine sounded loud and annoying. People, SAVE your money....DO NOT BUY THIS LAWN MOWER!!!!!!!!

Perfect for a small lot, that requires only one charge. And perfect if you are ok with mulching rather than bagging your grass. No quality issue to date.

I ordered this mower on 6/16/08 and recieved by friday. I took it out of the box and put it together and the left wheel was wobbling . I used this mower as a mulcher I have had bad luck with gas mowers and wanted give this one a try. After mowing the mow the the screw holding the battery was missing. It did a poor job in mowing the lawn. The concept is great but it is made cheap. So monday called to have it returned. They recieved the mower on july 9 th and I am still waiting for the refund

We purchased the Remington battery mower 30 days ago. Cannot say enough good things about the ease of operation and the efficiency of mowing. Our property is 100 x 120 and there is more than sufficient charge on the battery to complete the job with ease. We are very satisfied with the mowing results, the quietness of the engine, and the freedom from using gas and oil. Both my husband and I use the mower with no difficulty in pushing. The weight does not appear to be an issue and the physical ability required is equivalent to that of our toro self propelled (which we have since disposed of).
