While framing a skylight that is situated above a flight of stairs my laser level tried to kill itself. It jumped off of a top plate, dropped 10 feet and then tumbled down the stairs below. The level is no worse for the wear.

I have quickly come to find this tool essential. Workers with another contractor tested my unit and found it to be accurate to 1/64 inch per 100 ft. They all said they needed to get one. Everyone I work with wants to borrow mine. Our company is putting this on the required tool list. This is the most usefull tool I have bought in twenty years.
