I originally bought this item from Cummingstools directly from their website along with a homelite backpacker II blower. All the items were great. I did have a little trouble getting use to the stick edger. First it kept bogging down on me. At first I thought it might be cheap even though it's labeled as a commercial product. I later found out on the second usage that the gas line where it connects to the carb was split. I pulled it off, cut the bad end off, and that corrected the problem. It is probably necessary to give your yard a good edge before using this if it is overgrown. After that is is pretty much a breeze. I find it easier to pull the edger along the sidewalk instead of pushing it, but that's my preference. The item come with a hedger trimmer. This thing is worth it's weight in gold if you have many bushes. It slices through like butter. Sure beats the electric one I had. I don't use the weedeater attachment because I already have one. I bought this as a edger and hedger, and have the trimmer as a backup for me. It also comes with a extension for the hedger. I found the shipping to be cheaper on his website compared to here. Defintely a good deal and I recommend it.

I was really impressed with this heavy duty commercial grade product. The string trimmer, edger, and shrubbery tool are great. This item was better than I expected.

Product was listed as a 4 cycle, (no mixing of gas and oil), they shipped a 2 cycle....I haven't used so hope it works fine..looks good.........

I've been thrilled with the Ryobi® String Trimmer, Hedge Trimmer and Edger Combo. No real problems getting her up and running and swapping out components. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is due to the surprise weight of the hedge trimmer - HEAVY. I could manage, yet only for a short period of time, then switch arms, then put down and rest. My package came with a nice extender to reach the high branches, yet it was just too cumbersome for me, and heavy. I could not be more pleased with the whole package. Got my whole yard looking real nice.
