This level is good quality and doesn't have end caps to fall off, as they sometimes do on longer Stanley Fatmax levels. The "180 Degree Rotating Vial For Duplicating Angles" has a very good resistance to moving. It's neither too loose nor tight; it stays put and it's easy to read. Unfortunately, that vial's dial frame extends out by 1/16" on both sides of the level. I.e., the level is 1/8" wider at the dial location then at the rest of the level. This prevents that end of the level from laying flat against a wall. For some of my applications, such as leveling a thin bracket attached to a wall, that's a fatal flaw. If that won't be an issue for your projects, such as leveling steel pipes, this tool would be a good choice.
